  • Processing Time: All items are made to order and will be shipped within 5 to 7 working days after the order is placed.

  • Shipping Method: We use Royal Mail tracked delivery for all shipments, ensuring your order is traceable and secure.

  • UK Shipping: Once dispatched, delivery within the UK typically takes 2 working days. For even faster delivery, you can choose Express Delivery at checkout.

  • International Shipping: For international orders, delivery usually takes between 5 to 7 working days after dispatch. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance.

  • Important for EU Customers: Your order may be subject to VAT, customs duties, and handling fees when delivered. These charges are not included in the checkout total and are your responsibility.
